<p>The "Les Princes" residence in Toulouse is a small flat building with an oven-cooked red-brick front which is typical of "Toulouse" style. It counts two particularly well-equipped flats that will perfectly meet your expectations and needs when travelling for professional, touristic or personal reasons.
It is located in "rue des Princes", a lovely and most calm street in a residential area closed to the city center called Guillhemery, which gives it a particular charm.
Just a few hundred yards down, you will reach "La Halle aux Grains", the ancient grain market, now a renowned concert hall showing ballets, operas and classical music concerts among which those given by the famous "Orchestre National du Capitole" previously conducted by Michel Plasson. Further, you can visit beautiful gardens ("Grand-Rond" and "jardin des Plantes").
You might as well walk down to "la rue de la Colombette", a picturesque and busy street presenting a variety of typical restaurants and shops from the old days... unless you prefer a sunset stroll along the "canal du midi" where fashionable places regulary appear.
Besides, just a 100 meters from there, on Camille Pujol Avenue, you will find any shopping facility you might need during your stay
The flats are situated on the first floor of the building with a view over a little and delightful exotic garden. One flat is a three-room of 45 square meters in surface that fits 3 people and the other is a two-room flat of about 30 sq meters, suitable for 2 persons.
Remote-controlled reversible air conditioning and insulation ensure homogenous temperature in the winter as well as in the summer and provide ideal confort.
Circulation from one room to another through sliding double doors allow you to benefit from an open and light space. The floor is coverd with tiles and wood.
Each flat is furnished with a double bed and a sofa.
The two-room flat is composed of one bedroom, a kitchen-dining room with a living room corner and a bathroom-toilets
The 3-room flat comprises a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom equipped with a bath and shower and separate toilets.
